 Working alongside local developer J.K.Somers & Sons, we developed the construction drawings for this proposed new 4 bedroom family dwelling in Paignton, Devon.  

​

 The proposed dwelling will benefit from extraordinary sea views out across Torbay, with proposed Juliet balconies at first floor level taking advantage of this and a raised rear terrace to make the most of the natural topography of the site.
