 Our client approached us to help bring to life their plans to demolish an existing dwelling and outbuilding on the site and replace with a spacious, modern 4 bedroom family home complete with games room, gym, bar, wine cellar, outdoor swimming pool and associated 2 bedroom annex.

 The site benefits from stunning views across the Shropshire countryside, which the proposals seek to take advantage of with large single pane, frameless powder coated windows and a central glazed window and roof feature.

​

 The proposed dwelling and annex will be constructed utilising an ICF construction method, supplied by Polarwall Ltd. This insulated concrete formwork provides a well insulated dwelling with high levels of thermal conductivity and air tightness, which along with the green roof, air source heat pumps and MHVR units, ensure that the proposed dwelling meets passivhaus standards.
